With the NFL offseason in full swing, everybody across the NFL world is looking forward to next season. After the long awaited 2026 NFL Draft, the next item on the NFL's list is Schedule Release Week. A yearly tradition in May that helps keeps fans excited for Kickoff, the NFL and its franchises created exciting and unique release videos to showcase their slate of games throughout the regular season. All 32 teams created videos, and here are some of the best and worst.

Starting off with the best schedule release video, it is without a doubt, the Los Angeles Chargers. As the kings of NFL social media, the Chargers issued the help of the Halo team to create arguably the best schedule release video of all time.

The team created unique maps and characters for each opponent, and included some of the most ruthless jabs ever. The Buffalo Bills were showcased with Cam Newton's rant about Bills WR Keon Coleman, the Kansas City Chiefs were shown as an item shop with collectibles such as a Refs jersey and infamous Chiefsaholic Wolf Mask, the Los Angeles Rams showcased WR Puka Nacua's countless controversial livestreams, and the New England Patriots included HC Mike Vrabel's affair.

This schedule release video is by far the most creative, highest quality, and funniest video of all time. The Los Angeles Chargers continue to prove why they are the best social media team in North American sports.

The next best release video is from the Seattle Seahawks. As the reigning Super Bowl Champions, the Seahawks relished in their championship through the use of fragrances. Cameos from Nick Emmanwori, Julian Love, AJ Barner, and radio broadcaster Steve Raible showcased excellent fragrances from the team.

As the team showcased their opponents, subtle and not so subtle jabs were made, such as the 49ers fragrance 'Substation' and the Rams 'Conversion No. 2'. Seahawks fan and actor Joel McHale added excellent fuel to the fire of their rivalry. After announcing their full schedule, surprise cologne from Marshawn 'Beastmode' Lynch affectionately named 'F*CK YOU' adds a special touch for 49ers fans. Embracing rivalries and the creativity makes this the second-best schedule release video of 2026.

The Tennessee Titans released their schedule release video and it ranks within the top three. A simple yet effective street interview video has the admin interact with random people across Nashville based on their resemblance to current athletes.

Funny moments such as meeting Eagles' security man Big Dom, Browns' star edge rusher Myles Garrett, Jaguars QB Trevor Lawrence, and Bengals QB Joe Burrow are hilarious. Combined with the confused looks of these innocent Nashvillians, this is one of the best schedule release videos of 2026.

As for the worst schedule release videos of 2026, honourable mentions to the Miami Dolphins and Baltimore Ravens. Both squads had very basic plotlines, such as a Rick Ross cameo for the Dolphins, and Ravens WR Zay Flowers crashing a wedding. Both videos ended with a list of their schedule and were very uneventful.

While both teams dropped uninspiring and bland schedule release videos, the worst video by far was created by the Arizona Cardinals. Created exclusively with AI, the Cardinals used a mascot zoom call with different opponents.

Already a boring concept is made even worse with lazy mistakes from AI, such as background photos moving, mascot design errors, and audio problems. Furthermore, a lack of music and the constant message sound effects make this difficult to watch. AI is already a controversial tool in the creative space, and this is an example on how not to use it.

The video has been very poorly received by Cardinals fans and NFL fans alike, and is by far the worst schedule release video of all time. For an already disappointing franchise, this video is the cherry on top. Hopefully, Arizona will make changes and learn from their mistakes in 2027.
